My journey at Hygienic Research Institute Private Limited (HRIPL) began as the New Product Development Manager in the marketing function back in August 2012. In the first three years, I was instrumental in introducing many new brands under both the Streax and Vasmol umbrella. I was promoted to the company’s strongest brand team, Streax. I have also handled its flagship brand Vasmol. Over the years, there have been many learning opportunities through various projects and assignments, which have resulted in rewards and recognition. Life at HRIPL is fun, rewarding and enriching at every step.
I joined HRI almost four decades ago, and I have handled various responsibilities from accounting to administration. I feel privileged to be a part of the HRI growth journey as it has become a private limited company with multiple manufacturing units across the country. I have had this great opportunity to work in different capacities with utmost job satisfaction.
I have been a part of the HRI family for almost three decades, and I am happy here. It is great to go to work when you are given a certain degree of control and freedom to try new things and know that your bosses trust you to produce high quality results. This autonomy helps me innovate and do my best. Here at HRI, I sense that the people care about me not only professionally but also for who I am.
